He holds a PhD in Criminology and a Masters in Criminal Justice, both from Universiti Malaya, alongside a Certified CPTED Practitioner qualification from ICA and FAU. He has further credentials in Data Science and Analytics, and Human Trafficking Prevention and Intervention. The combination of street-level criminal intelligence and academic rigour is rare. It is what allows Shamir to deliver solutions that are not just theoretically sound but ones that actually work in the real world.
